Shipping Policy

 We strive to ship in-stock and custom transfers within 1-3 business days. (During holiday and peak times this may be extended; however, we will strive to achieve a timely shipment.) If your order contains non-personalized items, please note your entire order will ship upon completion of the personalization period. You will receive an email shipment confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. 


At times we will offer PRE-ORDER options that are not yet in stock. These items can take 5-7 days to complete. 

We offer Route Shipping insurance on each package; however, the customer may decline protection at checkout.  Route is an independent shipping insurer and determines all pricing and applicability of its services.  We cannot alter or modify their pricing or conditions.  Customer assumes all responsibility for damages during shipping on shipments where Route protection was declined.
